JOB DESCRIPTION: Work with application developers to automate and accelerate the testing, release and deployment of applications into production and non-production environments quickly and reliably. Translate complex cross-functional business requirements and functional specifications into logical program designs, code modules, stable application systems, and software solutions; partner with other Domain teams/Product Team to understand business needs and functional specifications. Establish and employ Continuous Integration practices and continuous delivery solutions in the cloud and on-premise environments. Lead support activities including troubleshooting incidents, configuring code and monitoring, and leading incident and problem management activities. Develop, configure, or modify complex integrated business and/or enterprise application solutions within various computing environments. Collaborate and Coordinate with other Integration Teams for complex architectural changes and determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed aligned solutions. Facilitate the implementation and maintenance of complex business and enterprise software solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. Coordinate and lead resources that are working in geographically diverse regions. Analyze system/ functional specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers. Interact with project management to plan project schedules and technical direction. Maintain the continual automation, integration and optimization of software build and deployment system.
Position based in Mooresville, NC, some teleworking may be permitted. Travel to Lowe's offices may be required.JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in software development, operations, and full-stack implementations using high level languages including C# or Java. Employer will accept single degree or combination of degrees, diplomas and/or professional experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Must have prior experience with: 5 years of experience working on build, deploy or release processes applying CICD/Devops methodologies. 4 years of experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CICD) tools including one or more of the following: GIT, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Nexus Artifactory and experience with Unix/Linux/Windows shell scripting, monitoring tools including one or more of the following: App Dynamics, Dynatrace, Kibana. 3 years of experience in relational database technologies including one or more of the following SQL, Oracle and non-relational database technologies including one or more of the following: MongoDB, Cassandra. 2 years of experience in front end application development/analysis using Javascript, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML, CSS.
