Job Summary:This leader will be helping drive transformation and orchestrate the execution of the ecommerce, marketing, and merchandising teams. This role will report directly into the Sr Vice President. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the planning, design and delivery of the largest, most complex, and cross functional enterprise-wide technology and business portfolios until minimum realization of expected business outcomes. This includes accountability to C-Level executives, enterprise center of excellence organizations, shared services organizations, external partners, and multiple business owners for initiatives sponsored by assigned CEO staff member. This role is critical to Lowe's because it drives the financial and business management functions within a Technology organization and is responsible for ensuring alignment with peers over the short and long-term to drive results. To be successful, the individual in this role must leverage a background working directly with or in the technology function and apply deep expertise in IT related project/program management.

Key Responsibilities:• Directs C-Level portfolio by facilitating meetings with portfolio stakeholders and personnel, translating general objectives into tactical plans, managing portfolio financials and providing input and justification for costs and budget impact• Oversees the management and mitigation of risk across portfolios by analyzing and identifying trigger events, establishing contingency plans, anticipating and managing dependencies affected by ongoing changes across the enterprise roadmap, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks and influence C-Level leadership to take action on these recommendations• Monitors overall portfolio performance against plan and makes adjustments as needed• Builds and maintains executive sponsorship and support of assigned portfolios by working closely with C-Level sponsors and executive business owners to deliver expected outcomes on the company's strategic and functional goals• Drives portfolio execution by ensuring the utilization of PPM methodologies and successful ongoing health and project quality assessments• Manages the work demand of assigned portfolios by hiring, retaining, and allocating team member experiences with portfolio demands while communicating a clear vision of organization goals and objectives to deliver expected outcomes• Drives adherence to PPM delivery practices by ensuring key metrics are tracked and reported as appropriate into corporate governance processes• Manages teams assigned to deliver C-Level sponsored initiatives• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key cross-functional partners; provides coaching and guidance to team members in support of these key relationships• Leverages strategic external vendor partnerships aligned with enterprise strategic sourcing• Manages conflict and trade-offs between stakeholders in a positive manner that drives continued engagement• Manages finances for assigned C-Level sponsored portfolio and department SG&A expenses• Maximizes global workforce to deliver expected outcomes• Ensures approved business cases exist for C-Level sponsored portfolios• Provides insight, guidance, and recommendations to help the team resolve escalated issues that arise in any stage of a project or program• Oversees the development, roll out and continuous improvement of project and program processes, procedures, and best practices• Provides leadership to the team by attracting and hiring talented individuals, setting goals and communicating clear expectations, providing timely and constructive feedback as well as meaningful developmental opportunities, managing performance, providing resources and support as needed, and sponsoring and leading team members through change• Oversees the financial budget for a Technology organization and provides consultative support on financial issues to management to make key decisions and contribute to short and long-term financial goals and business outcomes• Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to advise management on financial analysis, results and strategic recommendations• Responsible for the coordination and resource requirements from Enterprise areas such as Internal Audit, Process, Change, Finance, and Communications• Serves as a technology subject-matter-expert for program/project management resources that participate from outside the technology organization, sharing and translating technology concepts and processes• Utilizes technical knowledge and skills to effectively translate the unique needs and requirements of the technology organization into project/program objectives, roadmaps, and activities• Remains aware of ongoing changes and innovations in the technology industry and ensures effective training and development of team members; monitors technology trends, and anticipates their impact on the technology program management organization• Collaborates with the broader technology community to understand dependencies and proactively anticipate needs and challenges that are unique to the technology organization• Facilitates an understanding among the team of broader goals of the technology organization

Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)• 12 years of experience in IT or technology focused business area• 7 years of experience managing operational or project/program financial budgets in the technology space• 7 years of experience leading technology project/program teams with direct report responsibility

Preferred Qualifications:• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field• 4 years of corporate retail experience• 2 years of global technology workforce experience
