A/V (Audio/Visual support technician to work onsite normal working hours M-F 8am -5pm. 1 year renewable contract possible right to hire .
- Candidates must have proven experience working with Audio/Visual equipment, experience setting up Audio/Visual equipment in conference rooms for MS-Teams video and Webex conference calls and meetings. Experience working with Sound boards, cameras/web-cams, polycom, monitors, etc.
- Any experience working with Crestron/DSP/QSC, cabling, etc. is ideal
- Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and be a team player/self-starter. Able to take directions and work without supervision.
- All candidates must have strong troubleshooting skills, general technical support for AV equipment and systems, phone systems and setup, also Desktop support experience as needed.
- Must be able to walk long distances, crawl under desk to lay cable, ladder work, bending, lifting, etc.
- Minimum Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in IT preferred, or relevant concentration, with 5 years of experience; or 4-5 years relevant and equivalent business or IT experience. ITIL knowledge preferred, Certification a plus. A+ or Network+ or any Telecom certifications, Avaya, Cisco, etc. Experience working with Audio/Visual – Crestron – Crestron Air-media is a plus.
- Must have proven working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards Networking, mobile communications, Service Now Ticketing system.
