Product Manager

The Product Manager will j oin our client's product team in RTP, NC . You will join our client's mission to help local businesses prosper so that communities and the people in those communities can thrive! The Product Management role is a direct hire opportunity with a technology company that empowers product brands & local businesses to win the fight online. Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate your passion for quality and user experience - be the champion for our customer in every product or feature you deliver

- Gather requirements from customers and prioritize them using data-driven frameworks

- Gather intelligence about competitive products and translate learnings into strategies that drive separation and achieve differentiation

- Create a feedback loop to monitor user behavior when interacting with our products and translate the data into tangible requirements that lead to continuous improvements

- Define, publish, and monitor KPIs aligned with the product vision and product strategy

- Define product requirements and pricing, achieve buy-in from key stakeholders, and drive the end-to-end delivery of roadmap items

- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design and Finance to launch product solutions that create value for our customers

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's d egree in a technical discipline preferred

- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role in an agile environment

- 3+ years of managing all aspects of feature delivery for a self-serve SAAS platform and a proven record of driving increased user engagement

- 3+ years in the digital advertising space

- Expertise in the iterative delivery of software products and services that drive toward the product vision and align with the product strategy

- Expertise in the creation and maintenance of a product roadmap, including ownership of the execution strategy and the project-management skills required to deliver the milestones

- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and contribute to engineering discussions and technology decisions related to product development

- Ability to lead complex product-related conversations with customers, cross-functional stakeholders, and the leadership team

- Ability to thrive in an environment where integrity and transparency are paramount and a positive, team-oriented attitude is a requirement for success

- Proficiency in communication, documentation, and negotiation with keen business acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

- Passion and curiosity around new and emerging digital media solutions

- Deep understanding of video advertising - YouTube, In-Stream, Outstream, Connected TV, etc.

- Deep understanding of human -centered design principles and techniques

- Deep understanding of the technologies that power the digital advertising ecosystem

- Expertise in the strategy and execution of highly-complex omnichannel digital advertising campaigns across search, display, video, and social
