- Business Analyst/Data Steward with Clinical Domain experience – min 8+ Years exp in that field.
- Responsible for creating data dictionaries and data mapping for data conversion from legacy systems to a newly implemented MDM application
- This position will involve reviewing and clarifying requirements. This involves working closely across business and IT teams.
- The person will work with data modeling and repository toolsets (including Collibra and other metadata management toolsets) to create data mappings and data dictionaries.
- Must be technologically proficient and have an ability and desire to rapidly build up knowledge on new tools Development/Computing Environment
- Experience in large/complex data conversions in the Clinical Domain industry is a must
- Prior MDM experience is highly desired. Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data models -Knowledge of data profiling techniques.
- Must have an ability to perform data analysis and create actionable conclusions
- SQL proficiency
- Excel proficiency
- Experience in a scripting language preferred.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, accountability, and project management skills.
