Please send resumes to Job descriptionThe IT Manager will lead a team of IT professionals with various skill sets to help improve and maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, networks, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategy to ensure availability of key infrastructure with minimum down time.
  • Construct and implement plans to ensure that the company’s network is secure.
  • Develop and implement strategies for backup, Anti-Virus, Security updates.
  • Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team.
  • Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
  • Purchasing new hardware and software, renewing existing licenses and contracts.
  • Oversee offsite datacenter.
SKILL/EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
  • 8+ experience overall IT experience
  • 4+ experience in managing a team
  • Working knowledge of VMware, VCenter, VxRail, TFS, SCCM and scripting
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, change management, influence, and collaboration skills
  • Experience with networking including routers, switches, firewalls
  • Strong ability to operate in complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple work-streams, teams, business divisions, geographies, time zones, & languages
  • Strong people management skills including delegation, motivation, development, and coaching
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies.
  • Ability to work on special projects.
  • Working experience in a development environment.
Desired:
  • MS in Computer Science
  • Windows Administration, UNIX exposure, Oracle & SQL Server knowledge.
  • 5+ work experience with an ERP (Enterprise resource planning)
  • Cloud knowledge
