Our client, a Global Investment Bank is looking to hire a Production Support Analyst in Raleigh , North Carolina on
a Full Time basis.The Team & Skills:Candidates must have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of Fixed Income markets. The successful candidate will be expected to form a strong and close relationship with the Front Office, gaining a deep understanding of their complex Front To Back flows and become a Subject Matter Expert for the group. They will be helping the desk deal with day-to-day IT issues, but will also act as the interface into the Development team helping to drive the IT Book of Work to improve the overall environment.Requirements- At least 2+ years in financial services IT industry
- Front Office experience in Fixed Income products, ideally through involvement with eCommerce or eTrading flows
- Interest Rate product knowledge would be particularly desirable
- Strong technical skills – a solid working knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows, Sybase or Oracle, Excel/VBA
- Good knowledge of Excel
