Job description:This is a great opportunity with a biomedical company. It is onsite and is a long term contract with potential to turn into a direct hire position. Seeking an experienced Software QA Engineer with manual testing experience. Will be a member of an Agile/Scrum team, developing components for a leading software medical device company. Will collaborate with team members, in order to rapidly deliver low defect, high value releases. Will be performing mainly manual testing with some light programming. Experience with medical devices or image processing (i.e. PACS, DICOM, radiology, or another type of imaging such as geological) highly desired. Strongly prefer biomedical/engineering/technical degree.Required Skills:
- Passionate about software testing and technology
- 1+ years manual testing experience
- Light programming/scripting experience
- Strong technical, logic and reasoning skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Agile/scrum experience
- Experience working on medical imaging device or imaging application
- Strong technical, logic and reasoning skills.
- Programming languages (Python, SQL, C#, .Net MVC, JavaScript, etc)
- IIS, TFS
