We are looking for
PMO Project Manager for our client in Morrisville, NC Job Title: PMO Project Manager Job Location: Morrisville, NC Job Type: Contract Job Description: Must-Have Skills:- Candidate with 5 to 6 years of EXP in the PM area.
- Should have good skills in excel and PMO & SharePoint 2016.
- Security domain (IAM exp) needed.
- Should work independently and own and deliver the project milestones.
- PMO exp with project management exp preferred.
- Dashboard variance file analysis weekly, communicate scope changes to all Div leads and program management teams, and Update the scope changes on SharePoint.
- Manage SharePoint as an owner and grant and remove access as per the requests from business users, upload dashboard on SP.
- Drive the violation reports monthly and follow up the needed action's from respective ITO's and Div leads till closure.
- Raise Change requests for all scope changes and update SharePoint post-approval.
- Trend reports for all divisions as per the latest Dashboard - update the reports as per latest Dashboard data.
- Action tracking from all-important meetings like, STC, Div leads, SACI meetings, and communicate with teams.
- Working on DATP onboarding doc and PPT's as readiness for upcoming action plans.
- Working on SharePoint list data refresh using MS access and SharePoint 2016, which was planned to refresh the All-important flags to SharePoint via MS access bulk update to avoid the manual bulk update.
- Should work independently and own and deliver the project milestones.
- Good communication & management skills.
