Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Regulatory Business Analyst (Non IT) for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Morrisville, NC. Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required
- Experience with financial reporting systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
- Business Analysis experience, including financial system integration and data lineage experience (Critical Data Element work)
- Highly motivated, strong written and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills (ability to learn new reporting systems quickly)
- Proven business analysis skills, including business and functional specification development (BRD & FRD creation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong knowledge of business processes front to back involvement in managing change
- Participated in change management or process re-engineering
- 8-10 years of experience, preferably within regulatory reporting or finance
