About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Claims Analyst for our Services Team. The Lead Paralegal on the Services team is responsible for file intake and set up of referrals, full review, analysis and response to development letters, information and documentation follow-up, and client and vendor communication. Additionally, the Lead Claims Analyst is responsible for personnel and queue/work management of an assigned paralegal team. The Lead Claims Analyst will report to the Director, Services. The Lead Claims Analyst role is client facing and is responsible for successful communication, timely responses and providing overall excellent customer service. The Lead Claims Analyst is also responsible for timely communicating to Services management updates on all direct reports, queue/work status, and any issues or production blockers. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role

  • Personnel management of assigned paralegal team, including performance management, PTO/time approval, and participating in team interviews as needed
  • Queue management of all assigned paralegal work
  • Intake incoming referrals into claims system, including initial follow-up on incomplete referrals for missing information
  • Serve as primary point of contact for team and assigned clients. Communication includes, but is not limited to, running point on team meetings, client inquiries, case status requests, case updates and general subject matter questions

Required Qualifications

  • Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused
  • Advanced customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • 2-3 years’ experience in MSP compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
