Reality TV fan? Social Media superstar? We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creatorto join the team across programs like Married At First Sight, Beauty and the Geek, Celebrity Apprentice, Love Island, The Block and Australian Ninja Warrior.

The Social Media Content Creatorworks within the Entertainment,nine.com.aunetwork and 9Now teams in the rollout of social media strategies, content creation and growth of audience engagement. You will maintainownership of content creation and community management for specific channels and programs and engagewith the relevant social media communities across platforms for conversation and promotion around programs, or assistance and feedback. Additionally, you will report on content performance and insights and provideeducation, insight and guidance to Social Media Producers as required.

Day to day you will:

  • Implement social media strategy, following tone of voice, frequency of communication, moderation, etc.
  • Workwith Social Media Producers & broader Marketing team in the creation and publication of relevant, original, high quality content
  • Createand publishes content to maximise audience reach and engagement
  • Followbest practice standards to maximize referral traffic back to our O+O broadcast and digital assets
  • Deliverbest-in-class community management and moderation standards
  • Proactively shareanalysis and insights to broader teams, Marketing, etc.
  • Social Marketing Communications + (paid) Amplification
  • Assistwith delivery of creative promo / marketing materials
  • Providetraining to social team members

Qualifications

In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Creative creator of social media or digital content
  • Knowledge of the social landscape
  • Proven and proficient use of social media platforms
  • Ability to lead teams
  • Third-party platform experience, including Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, CrowdTangle, Adobe Suite and Adobe Analytics, Grabyo
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • TV production experience
  • Knowledge and passion for the media and marketing disciplines
  • Adept in Microsoft Office; including PowerPoint and Excel and content management systems and tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Understands the power of collaboration
  • Strong ability to represent the organisation externally and advocate to relevant stakeholders
