Title: IT Operation Manager

Location: RTP,NC

Rate Card: 55per hour Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed.• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs• Conduct weekly operations reviews with vendors/service providers for special project planning purposes.• Conduct weekly technical services reviews with vendors/service providers for special planning purposes.• Provide ongoing subject matter expertise internally on warehousing and transportation related topics.• Identify, document and implement improvements to the operational business processes as it relates to the special projects.• Partnership with the DLS Operations team which includes Compliance Manager, Planning Manager, Technical Engineers and Regional Field Engagement Leads. Communicate updates to Stakeholders.
