My name is Rob and I'm putting a crew together to do all the roofing in Camp Lejeune there's over a hundred houses to be roofed so obviously months and months of work. Everybody on the team has to be a team player you need to walk the line to become a champion. You will not see me dressed like an Avon salesman telling you what to do you're going to see me dressed like a Savage leading This Crew. The pay is piece-rate boys and girls. This means come to work hungry or go home hungry. No experience required to become a laborer. I get paid piece-rate and I pay piece rate reason being, if you don't make any money working with me it's not going to be my fault. You're not going to milk the clock on me and then hold your hand out on Friday like I owe you the world there will be no animosity you will earn every dollar that you make. you get paid for every inch of work that you do. This also means that there is no cap off on how much you can make. for those of you that know how to work like a doggg this will be a great summer to finally get some cash saved up. Transportation to and from work is required. I'm the lead installer I'm not a babysitter. I'm the nicest guy in the world and I'll never waste your time intentionally so I expect the same respect. A background check is required to get you on the military base the first day you will need to be vetted this means they will give you paperwork and ID and all that nonsense the likeliness of us getting to sit there and make money the first day not very likely but once you're in the game ,you're in the game I'm very competitive and I only believe in quality work. No felony in the last 10 years. No drug test but if you show up to work looking all cracked out I can't let you roof. I do not care what you do in your personal time I care about making good players that love the game. I promise those of you that make it through the summer with me will forever look back on this year as one some of the Glory Days.
