Growing underground utilities & grading contractor seeking experienced equipment operators for existing and upcoming work in the Camp Lejeune/Jacksonville area. Requirements for Employment:
1. Proven track record with references.
2. At least 3 years' experience operating bulldozer and excavator to complete grading activities.
3. Ability to read and decipher grades.
4. Able to pass a criminal background check
5. Valid driver's license
6. Works well with others in a team environment
7. Open minded with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes of jobsite conditions
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Operating excavator safely and effectively to dig trenches to grade for install of utility/storm piping.
2. Operating dozer effectively to achieve finish grade
3. Daily equipment inspections and maintenance
4. Assist in staging materials for pipe layers when needed
5. Follow company and OSHA safety procedures
6. Willing and able to work in various working conditions
7. Daily site and equipment cleanup
