Immediate positions for Housman/Groundskeeper/Light Maintenance
Job overview
As our Light Maintenance/Groundskeeper, you will upkeep the beauty of the hotel property to maintain its curb appeal. You will upkeep grounds, amenities, building exteriors and front desk office, parking lots and guest room buildings. You will work a rotating schedule including weekends.
Starting hourly rate is based on experience.
You Will:
Remove trash from office, common areas/hallways
Assist in the cleaning of available guest rooms as needed
Assist in the troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to guest rooms, buildings, and/or common areas
Check exterior lighting
Maintain awareness of proper safety precautions
Paint curbs, signposts, playground equipment, fences, and other items that relate to grounds persons tasks
Remove debris/litter/pet waste on the ground and all areas
Help maintain inventory control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies
The ability to exert up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, use ladders and work in varying weather conditions
Applications are available a our front desk between the hours of 10 AM and 2 PM daily.
