Job Description

Customer Service/ Order Processing- eCommerce (Part-time)

Schedule:

Part time (20 hours per week), Year-round

Schedule: M-F, minimum of 20 hours scheduled between noon and 5 pm.

Salary:

starting at $16.00/ hr

Locally owned & operated eCommerce business is searching for a new member of our team!

The person hired in this position will be responsible for customer service (via website chat and phone) as well as a variety of other tasks as assistance is needed. These duties are related the preparation/processing of orders, and the general operation of the business.

These additional duties may involve preparing small orders with light duty equipment, packaging orders, preparing labels/tracking shipments, clerical/office tasks, inventory of materials, purchasing supplies, posting to social media, and many other tasks as needed.

Location is the Outer Banks of NC, specifically in Powells Point, NC- just a few minutes from Kitty Hawk & the Wright Memorial Bridge. We offer all necessary training for the position and no knowledge of copper is expected or required.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone ready to learn, who will bring a positive, respectful and helpful attitude to the workplace and our customers.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to complete a job that requires standing, lifting, sitting at a desk and operating basic office/ light-duty equipment.

Experience in Customer Service preferred but not required
