Position Brief
SAGA Realty and Construction, an innovative and growing construction and realty firm is is currently seeking a Sales Agent/Licensed Realtor to be responsible for face to face selling of our real estate to new and current SAGA owners and prospects from our marketing programs.All leads are provided and qualified by our company. The ideal candidate should be tenacious, goal orientated and have the ability to overcome objections in a professional manner.This person should also be extremely organized and detail with excellent communication and interaction skills.
Responsibilities
Generate leads and sales through referrals, open houses, "farming" certain areas, & building relationships with other realtors
Follow up and Set appointments by converting incoming calls and web leads
Guide and support customers / clients through the listing or sales process
Prepare required paperwork for each home sale / listing
Deliver positive customer experience by providing exceptional customer service
Assist in making appointments and following up with design center, mortgage company, construction department and closing department
Keep building contract buyer updated on construction process on a weekly basis
Meet quarterly goals

Education and Experience
1-2 years of sales experience
Active NC real estate license
High school or equivalent degree
