Real estate company, construction company and staffing company is in need of a professional, qualified controller /bookkeeper. This person needs to be:
1. Quick books savvy and have worked on quickbooks for at least 10 years
2. Knowledgeable of the construction industry as well as some real estate knowledge
3. Able to do accounts payable, accounts receivable, have a knowledge of pay applications, change orders, certified payroll, paying employee taxes, ACA and overall being in charge of the company finances
4. A certified notary (this is a must)
5. Able to do in house payroll.
6. Able to multitask and handle multiple companies.
7. Ethical and honest
Yes, we keep running the ad because we already have one great bookkeeper working part time and we are in need of a fulltime person. Our company is expanding and we need more qualified people. This particular position is for a full charge controller/bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of our accounting office.
