We are a rapidly growing firm in the Raleigh area providing bookkeeping and CFO consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries. Our team is very tight-knit, fun, and hardworking, and their efforts are the reason for our growth, which has created the need for this position.
The person we seek will perform the accurate and timely bookkeeping for approximately twenty client accounts, including recording financial transactions, reconciling bank and credit card statements, and client interaction. Duties will be performed primarily using Quickbooks software, whether desktop or online. Other accounting software may be utilized as well depending on client and industry.
Other duties include:
Recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable activity, recording of all payroll activity, preparation of sales tax returns, and preparation of financial statements.
