Relevant CRM, a small software consulting business located in Raleigh, is looking for a full-time bookkeeper/office manager. We are looking for a process-oriented problem solver with strong computer skills.
Job Description:
60% bookkeeping including reconciliations, invoicing, A/P, A/R, tax compliance and financial reporting.
20% office management/ resource planning
10% payroll / HR
10% order processing
In addition, we are looking for someone to both develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
Relevant CRM is a paperless office environment. We are looking for someone with a strong aptitude for learning computer applications.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and OneNote) and Quickbooks required. Experience with ConnectWise, Microsoft CRM and Intuit Full Service Payroll is a plus.
Relevant CRM is located off Six Forks, near the intersection of Millbrook Rd. This position is full-time, with benefits.
