Our client, one of the top US investment banks, is seeking an Operations Analyst 1
Location: Raleigh, NC Position Type: Contract Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing and communicating information related to corporate action event to clients
- Process the full lifecycle of various Corporate Actions for the Investment Bank division.
- Accountable for reconciling events in entirety and subsequent differences
- Ensure all relevant documentation and recordkeeping is maintained within event files
- Responding to verbal and non-verbal inquiries from clients
- Process and monitor incoming and outgoing wire payments
- Challenges contractor will be facing in role:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking

- Competent with MS Excel

- Prior Knowledge of Investment Banking Operations processes, products
- Experience with SWIFT, DTC, CDS or Euroclear a plus
- Undergraduate degree, Finance/Accounting/Business concentration highly preferred
- 1 - 2 years practical experience in Operations
