This is a remote work opportunity.Responsibilities:Develop and lead Service Resiliency Engineering (SRE) program for core IT infrastructure domains

Be responsible for collaborating with architecture, engineering and operational domain leads to identify and realize resiliency opportunities with automation and standardized dev/ops methods

Provide oversight to the development and implementation of new resiliency techniques and track the resulting gains of improvements

Interpret requirements and leverage standards to develop detailed solutions; Leverage technology roadmaps; collaborate with cross domain architects, engineers, delivery and operations teams

Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry trend; ensure solution have effective investment economics with scale; provide direction to deployment teams to implement solutions; provide next tier support for operational team

Contribute to engineering process and standards as well as to service KPI monitoring and architecture standards; communicate status upward and across organizations; mentor other team members

Qualifications:Minimum eight years of recent experience in Service Resiliency Engineering, Infrastructure and Software Architecture, Engineering and Operations, DevOps, Continual Integration/Continual Development, Agile, Six Sigma, Event Monitoring, Event Automation Orchestration, ITIL/ITSM and Roadmap Development, and Chaos Engineering

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Strong skills in Service Resiliency Engineering, Windows Server, Linux, SQL, Middleware, Webservices, Cloud(AWS/Azure), Containers, Infrastructure as Code, IT Security Frameworks, Storage, Network, Network Security, Monitoring Tools, Configuration Management Tools and CALMS Framework

Ability to articulate strategic and situational perspectives and apply innovative technical solutions to business problems; able to translate business requirements and solution architecture into solutions and estimate the financial, delivery and support impacts; quickly comprehend and apply capabilities of new technologies

Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; capacity to foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities
