Role : Business AnalystSkills :Act as a liaison between Business users and Technology team to understand the Business Requirements,Business Process Flows, User Stories, and Workflow Diagrams Organize and facilitate project status meetings and provide weekly status reports to management to ensure theyare up to date on project status Assist both QA and Development team to have a better understanding of the requirements and step-by-stepprocess by creating and providing various forms of wireframes/ UML diagrams, and clarify any outstandingquestions, issues and risk Participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective, and Sprint Demo to provide status updates,mitigate roadblocks and show Sprint progress Maintain Sprint burn-down and burn-up charts and provided Sprint release status updated to Senior managersand ensure the IT is up to date with project status Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure all acceptance criteria are met and ensure the application isfree of bugs and defects Manage product backlog alongside Project Owner to prioritize and aiming to target all requirements Utilize JIRA for managing requirements, planning, scheduling, tracking and managing defects Work alongside offshore/onshore teams and help Development and QA teams with understanding therequirements and Acceptance Criteria Identify ongoing issues and gaps within project plan to eliminate implementation issues
