Overview

This position performs complex data analysis to identify factors that affect business profitability, growth, and efficiency (specifically working within External Workforce Mgmt, Managed Services, Contingent Staffing). Assesses a wide scope of business practices, information, and industry trends. Determines improvements or solutions to address identified issues. Prepares technical reports by examining and summarizing data, and creates specifications to support business initiatives. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.

(Position can be REMOTE within U.S.; East Coast/EST as a preference for business continuity) Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs advanced data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output
  • Operational Support - Provides support for business operations by responding to inquiries, identifying issues, and working to improve team practices. Assists in streamlining daily workflow for overall unit, resolving escalated matters where possible. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units
  • Identifying Objectives - Determines business needs through complex analysis and reporting. Develops strategies to achieve company and department goals, and communicates these through the use of specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation
  • Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on reporting
  • LEAN/Six Sigma strongly preferred
  • Provide services and support to management and senior management related to managed service and contingent staffing providers
  • Possess deep understanding and experience related to managed services workforce management (on and offshore models) as well as contingent staffing workforce management
  • Establishes and monitors vendor metrics, SLAs, and KIs
  • Develops and oversees recurring business reviews with vendors
  • Documents processes and procedures, recommending improvements where necessary. Lean Six Sigma background preferred
  • Builds sustainable relationships with Vendors, act as central point of contact
  • Understands financial models associated with managed services and contingent staffing
  • Strong executive presence, written skills, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and self-directed
  • Strong business and financial acumen
Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting
    Lean/Six Sigma strongly preferred
    Understands financial models associated with managed services and contingent staffing
    Strong executive presence, written skills, and presentation skills.
    Highly organized and self-directed
    Strong business and financial acumen
