In order to be successful, this individual must have experience developing business requirements and performing data analysis to aid in the accomplishment of multiple organizational initiatives. Strong documentation skills and prior experience creating reports to be delivered to stakeholders are paramount. The Business Analyst must have strong communication and coordination skills, as they will be interfacing with multiple security teams and business units to impact requirement and drive constructive meeting to enable collaboration. A self-starter mentality will allow this person to navigate necessary channels appropriately in a high-compliance environment.

The COAT team is responsible for delivering automation that facilitates the bank’s SOC and CSIRT functions by handling redundant tasks, enriching data and tying together disparate systems. The COAT team also manages the maintenance and deployment of cyber security agents to desktops and servers within global estate along with ensuring Telemetry data from these agents is up-to-date and accurate.

This is a global team with staff in Raleigh, Warsaw and Zurich. A successful candidate will:

• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve services, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer• Analyze requirements and work together with engineers and stakeholders to find the best technical solution• Identify and document best practices• Create and maintain documentation of design, configuration and testing• Track deadlines and coordinate activities among multiple groupsThe role will require strong communication skills to work in close collaboration between engineering, stakeholders, business analysts and project managers, including:

• Effective communication skills with a sense of ownership and drive• Investigation and design of new processes where needed• Problem analysis and solution proposal• Structured documentation and reportingMinimum qualifications:

• Understanding of Agile / SCRUM concepts• Excellent communications skills• Experience with writing technical documentation for internal audiences• Exceptional Time Management and organization• A positive and constructive minded team player• Experience working in a highly regulated, enterprise environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with JIRA• Documenting in Wiki• Cyber Security background
