- 4 years of experience of ETL using industry leading ETL tools/services• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologiesPreferred Qualifications: • 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting, testing lifecycle processes and test tools like HP-ALM• Hands-on experience with SQL and data profiling tools and utilities is preferred• Experience with testing strategies and test execution• Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies• Basic domain knowledge in Banking / Financial Services• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
