With 2,000 employees based in 25 countries worldwide IDD is the global leader in in-vitro allergy testing and the European leader in autoimmunity diagnostics.The Director, Market Access, Value, and Evidence will develop and implement global value-based evidence generation and market access strategies. Responsible for allergy and autoimmunity portfolios and will provide reimbursement submission support for IDD global and regional commercial organizations. The role will be part of the Global Medical and Scientific Affairs Team and will report to the Vice President, Global Medical and Scientific Affairs along with the team reporting to the role.What will you do?Lead a team of HEOR experts to meet the needs of the global ImmunoDiagnostic (IDD) regions for both Allergy and Autoimmunity.

Play a vital role in functional operations, research, strategy development and tactical execution advancing access to IDD pipeline and portfolio technologies.

Support research, development and execution of value-based evidence generation and market access-related strategies along the product lifecycle.

Conduct research and prepare assessments relevant to relating to U.S. coding, coverage and payment.

Serve as a subject matter expert , provide training as necessary to internal and external customers on U.S. value-based evidence generation and market access-related matters, which may include direct payer engagements

Participate in relevant conferences, professional society engagements and partner meetings

Partner with colleagues in on key initiatives, including Global Value Dossiers, health economic models, and working with the markets to plan and implement studies based on local business plans

Participate in review of data from all outcomes research studies and ensure that the interpretation is consistent with the data from the studies. Keep abreast of scientific literature.

Develop high level KOL and external payer influencer relationships to help develop effective research and access strategies

Recruit, hire, coach, lead, train and develop a highly-talented sales staff to build a strong, results-oriented and motivated work team incorporating external consulting as needed.

How will you get here?Education:Master or doctoral degree (such as PhD, MD, PharmD) in health science, economics and/or epidemiology.Experience, knowledge, skills, abilities:Strong technical and scientific knowledge in health economics research methods applied to healthcare

Knowledge of HTA assessment methodologies, the US reimbursement environment, healthcare delivery and payer systems and regulatory requirements.

Understands factors driving market access and how value-based evidence can support access decisions.

A minimum of 10+ years working within market access, reimbursement, coverage policy development and related activities within the medical device, diagnostics and/or pharmaceutical market space (including consultancy and academia)

Demonstrated experience in research informing U.S. landscape assessments, value messages, and value communication tools

Demonstrated ability to synthesize clinical and health economic evidence and influence strategy development.

A track record of delivering relevant health economic models, value-based evidence, dossier adaptations, and scientific publications.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently, to take initiative, be resourceful, and exercise astute business judgment to drive performance.

Effective communication capabilities ā€“ including both writing and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal and influencing capabilities, with demonstrated experiences working with commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, compliance and other internal partners

Experience managing a small team.
