Global Investment Bank is looking to hire a Senior Kubernetes Software Developer for its team in Raleigh, NC location.This is a long-term contract role. Please share your updated resume to Jissa.raju(at)atyeti.com• 5+ years of relevant experience• Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Developer.• Can design and build container based applications.• Can design and implement Ingress controller for application load balancing• Can design and implement container security architecture• Kubernetes development experience: operator-sdk, controller runtime, pod design.• Develop implementation plans for implementing services on Kubernetes.• Hands-on with troubleshooting Kubernetes issues.• Integrate Kubernetes infrastructure with operations tools for monitoring, alerting, logging etc.• Add new features and functionality to Kubernetes e. g Service Mesh, CNI etc. based on request.• Build and implement end to end CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins• Develop and update helm charts for application deployment on Kubernetes.• Experience with container log management architecture• Experience in building Docker container images / Registry.• Experience in writing cloud automation scripts/code such as Ansible, Terraform, Python.• Deep understanding on Web Services/REST API / Microservice Technologies.• Good knowledge of Agile processes (planning/stand-ups/ retros etc.), and interact with cross-functional teams i.e. Development, Infrastructure, Security, Performance Engineering, and QA.• Apply creative thinking/approach to determine technical solutions that helps business goals and align with corporate technology strategies, keeping in mind security, performance, reliability, scalability of Infrastructure.• Excellent communication skills.
