- H1B visa transfer Ok if needed.
- Lead the most complex projects to contribute to the technology, processes, and architecture company-wide. Lead a small project-dedicated team of 2-5 engineers (dev, QA, DevOps) using SCRUM process.
- Keep and improve the quality of components of global team (around 40 developers, DevOps and QA engineers in multiple Agile-teams). Code-reviews, sharing best practices via tech talks, documentation and shared code.
- Able to prepare, present and sell technical (as well as process) decisions to internal/external teams and individuals
- Excellent knowledge of Java/Kotlin, Python and/or JavaScript
- 8-12+ years of experience within Software Development; architect, guild lead, or team/tech lead
- Software Quality Assurance theory and practice with Java (JUnit/Spock/Mockito/TestContainers) for unit and Python for functional tests
- Know how to automate cloud infrastructure (mostly AWS)
- DevOps skills: docker, terraform, kubernetes
- Experience doing code-reviews and sharing best engineering practices
- Architecture of a new systems
- Hand-on experience with troubleshooting of micro-service based applications
