- 5+ years experience in architecture, design implementation of transaction processing applications
- Played a role of technical expert on mainframe side when interfacing with other teams.
- Ability to analyze mainframe code, extract complex business logic, and estimate feature size
- Experienced in partnering with internal upstream, downstream IT teams and business to evaluate complex requirements to develop and deliver strategic solutions and modernize the applications.
- Good communication skills , ability to manage stakeholders
- Experience in Agile processes and mortgage/accounting domains desirable
