Are you a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with proven experience in supporting a ' best in class ' b usiness s upport team where you have provided service delivery and actionable business insights ? This is a unique role where you are not responsible for the day/day transactional functions but instead you provide support to business partners internally and externally.

Our international pharma client is seeking 2 Procurement Specialists in Raleigh, NC who will report to the Senior Manager Invoice Operations with responsibilities providing service to internal business partners through monitoring of purchase orders. The focus is to excel at customer service through telephone and email interactions. This position will respond to post order customer service requests such as handling problems and complaints; returns and communicating anticipated delays. You will p rovide procurement training when necessary, will monitor / assist and resolve issue as identified by the customer SPARC system with the goal of ticket completion within five business days. This is a 6 month contract in the Raleigh, NC area that could be extended or converted to perm. You will work remotely until the office opens in September or October and at that time, this role will be moved to the client's new Raleigh, NC office. T arget pay range is 45 .00 - 5 0.00/ h our depending on experience. This role can't support c2c or anyone that is not fully authorized to work on W2 .

The successful candidate will be expected to be highly self-motivated and innovative, with proven experience in successfully supporting a best cl ass procurement program, providing best practice service delivery and actionable business insights through data and analytics.

• Work closely with the global Business Support team to find trends, perform root/cause analysis, identify improvement and training opportunities to enhance the customer experience

• Partner with other global PTP team members to standardize processes globally to ensure they are scalable to support the Company's continued growth

• Effectively manage the perceptions and expectations of internal stakeholders

• Maintain process integrity, internal and SOX controls, ensure compliance with the Controller's Manual and all applicable laws and regulations.

• Accountable for service delivery against agreed and evolving KPI's and service partnership agreement

• Provide thoughtful analysis and recommendations to foster dialogue with business leaders to make informed decisions based on trends, performance , and future projections.

• Understand business direction, key changes and needs; initiate and actively participate in the conversations on how Business Support needs to mold and adapt to stay proactive.

• Effectively execute daily customer support activities using the ticketing system, daily reporting , and workflow activity.

• Provide training and guidance to offshore team and to internal and external customers.

• Interact successfully with global PTP team members

• Ensure adherence to Company policies, procedures, SOX controls, government and/or legal requirements

• Support strategic and cross functional projects.

Required Experience

•High School and 6 Years' Experience, or Associate Degree and 5 Years' Experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 4 Years' Experience of PTP and Invoice Operations best practice programs •Demonstrated understanding of PTP and Invoice Operations ' best practices with emerging technologies required. •Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Controls required. •Proficiency with Oracle or best practice ERP system's is required(transitioning to S/4 HANA SAP 2022) . •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) required .
