- State and local government experience Required 7 Years
- Experience in managing, organizing, prioritizing, and concurrently leading multiple IT projects Required 7 Years
- Experience with developing, managing and monitoring the schedule for projects or multiple phases of a project Required 7 Years
- Knowledge required to ensure the master schedule is followed and must be accountable for changes to the schedule Required 7 Years
- Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing and managing projects such as estimation methodologies Required 7 Years
- Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing and managing projects such as earned value calculations Required 7 Years
- Ability to apply known Project Management (PMBOK based) approaches for developing & managing projects such as Risk Assessment/Mitigation Plan (RAMP). Required 7 Years
- Ability to advocate project alternatives in line with enterprise standards Required 7 Years
- Ability to use lessons learned from projects and develop best practices for future projects Required 7 Years
- Experience with documenting, controlling, counseling & advising senior level management & leadership regarding issues and risks & technology issues Required 7 Years
- Productive agency and executive communication and negotiation skills Required 7 Years
