Job Summary This position works under the guidance of the Development and Integration Team Lead and is responsible to demonstrate extensive understanding and proficient skills in all related areas SAP PI/PO and ABAP/4 programming. The Integration Developer will be a key contributor who will review the Integration requirements, design, and develop interfaces meeting business requirements. This position will work closely with other programmer/developers to meet the A2A, B2B, B2C and B2G integration development requirements as well as effectively addressing unique requirements as they arise. The person in this position is expected to cooperate with colleagues and workgroups, practice on-going self-development and demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the Company's vision, mission and values statements. Must have very strong familiarity and experience with EDI software in particular SAP PO B2B Add-on. clear="all" Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Functional and development teams to architect efficient and stable integrations and provide solutions for any problems that arise.
  • Designs integration processes and develops source-to-target data mappings and integration interface definitions
  • Recommends and implements technical standard methodologies and integration patterns to ensure alignment to defined project standards for all components
  • Work with EDI Coordinator and the business teams to coordinate the implementation of new trading partner relationships
  • Implement transaction EDI transaction sets (846, 850, 855, 856, 810, 860, 870, 820, 812, ORDRS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC)
  • Implement enhancements and fixes to SAP ABAP EDI related user-exits and performs ABAP, Proxy and Gateway development as required for SAP EDI integration enhancements
  • Design, Develop and support A2A, B2B, B2C and B2G integrations
  • Manage technical design, estimate, development, testing, documentation and implementation activities for all Interface objects.
  • Provide support for SAP ERP and SAP PI upgrades.
  • Help with proof of concepts, analysis and build prototypes to ensure proposed solution can meet business requirements
  • Translate user requirements, specification documents and system objectives into logical, economical, and practical technical designs. Design complex ABAP programs to meet the requirements for forms, reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements.
  • Provide consultation to configurators, end users and management on designs of custom solutions, as well as provide technical advice on the behavior of standard SAP functionality through debugging, research, and prototyping.
  • Conducts complex troubleshooting and diagnosis on Production break/fix and system performance issues, and involve configurators, end users and the Basis team as necessary.
  • Support and maintain mission-critical ABAP programs developed by internal staff and project consultants. Optimize runtime and database expense for all objects.
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical peers and business users
  • Participate on projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology and minimum of seven years of experience in SAP PI/PO, BPM, and SAP ECC.
  • 5+ Years of developing A2A, B2B, B2C and B2G interfaces.
  • Experienced in integration of SAP, SAP Cloud and Non SAP Cloud applications with On-premise solutions
  • Working knowledge of EDI/cXML, standard formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.) and EDI translators.
  • Hands on experience in configuration, design, and development of B2B interfaces using SAP B2B Add-on.
  • Experience in SAP EHP6 or above, SAP PI 7.31 or above, SAP Hana Cloud Platform (SAP BTP)
  • Hands on experience with SAP Process Orchestration in the following areas: Service Repository and Integration Directory; Source mappings, XSLT mappings, Java mappings, EDI and XML communications, Proxies, interface definitions, and XSDs
  • Configuration and implementation of SAP PO adapter types (IDoc, RFC, JDBC, File, SOAP, WS, JMS, HTTP, REST and Proxy and B2B)
  • SAP PO Configuration, design, development, Alert Setup, and message monitoring.
  • Strong working experience in ABAP enhancements, ABAP Proxies, Rfc, IDocs, ALE configuration, Partner profiles, Ports, Enhancements, error processing, troubleshooting.
  • Progressive in-depth experience in ABAP Object oriented programming, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT and ODATA Services.
  • Extensive experience using IDocs and IDoc based user-exits for QTC and RTC integration scenarios.
  • Knowledge and experience in information systems support in an SAP environment with a proven record of accomplishment in the planning, development, and implementation of projects on time and budget.
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and proven ability to solve moderately complex computer problems
  • Requires strong verbal and written skills and must be highly adaptive and able to follow instructions
  • Extensive knowledge of RDBMS database interface, SQL and operating system functions between SAP and RDBMS engines/optimizers. Knowledge of HANA database.
  • Experience developing in all key modules of SAP such as SD, PP, MM, WM, FICO, PLM, PS as well as ASAP methodology
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with SAP Workflow and with Solution Manger 7.2.
  • Familiar with Solution Manager Implementation/Upgrade, Test Management, Customer Code management (CCLM) work centers.
  • Experience with SAP Portal and SAP BW is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and identify/communicate areas for improvement within existing environment
  • Must be a team player who can quickly adapt to change
  • Requires strong organization / project management skills and the ability to work independently
  • Requires the ability to work after hours and/or weekend as needed
  • Demonstrated effective oral and written communication skills
