SalesForce PM/ Business AnalystResponsibilities:Reporting directly to the lead of Commercial applications the Salesforce PM/Business Analyst will:• Lead the US sales cloud CRM implementation managing scope/time and budget• The SalesForce PM/Business Analyst will work very closely with IT, the 3rd party implementation partner and business resources.• The PM will work with Business stakeholders to define business requirements and document as-is to-be business processes and functional specifications as well as work with the 3rd party implementation partner ensuring the solution developed fulfill the business requirements• Will become a trusted partner to the business and 3rd party vendor• Drive Change Management activitiesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or another relevant field.• Must have a deep understanding of commercial CRM processes • Must have Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM hands on implementation experience • Salesforce administration and Salesforce Service Cloud implementation experience nice to have• Pharma experience a plus, sales cycle calling on HCPs • Implementation Experience with MuleSoft integration / SAP and Lightning Components is a nice to have• Strong communication skills (written, verbal,) with specific ability to translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements to a technical audience or development teams• 5+ years' experience as a project manager orchestrating activities cross functional teams.• 5-10 years overall IT experience, including working with third party vendors and internal stakeholder groups• Proven ability to interface with all levels (executive to entry level).• Excellent analytical, process, collaboration and business analysis skills; demonstrated skill in data flow diagrams, business process diagrams, use cases, requirements backlog and traceabilityVacancy expired!
