That's precisely what some of our employees and prospective employees think when they came across CodeForce 360. Position Overview Salesforce Support Engineer Requirements:

  • Support users by explaining system capabilities, handling questions and solving incidents
  • Support application maintenance and enhancement activities including application infrastructure expansion and decommission.
  • Assist in managing the tool and the environment upgrades to ensure compliance with the policies and in order to ensure tool productivity and stability.
  • Analyze the issues, record, troubleshoot and make recommendation.
  • Document the known issues and resolution, work on route cause analysis.
  • Work on application deployment and coordinate with different Support groups for deployments needs.
  • Setup application monitoring and take preventive measure to keep the application up and running all the time.
  • Assist internal stakeholders and IT staff in the context of change management, problem and incident management
  • Coordinate with different application vendors and development teams.
  • Support the production of metrics and deliver against them in a robust validated, consistent and repeatable process
  • Take ownership/initiatives and deliver the end results with highest possible quality.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ year's application support and implementation experience.
  • Prior experience with working in teams distributed in different geographies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within an organization. VERY IMPORTANT THAT PERSON HAS GOOD COMMUNICATION.
  • Excellent communication, written skills, analytic and project management
  • Excellent partnership and presentation skills and the ability to translate as amongst business, technology and regulatory requirements
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team composed of colleagues based locally and internationally.
  • Should be willing to explore/learn and work on different technologies and applications.
  • Ready to work in flexible hours and on weekends as and when required.
Technical skills:
  • Salesforce Administration certification IS A NICE TO HAVE NOT A MUST HAVE.
  • Sound knowledge of UNIX and Windows operating systems and basic system administration.
  • Experienced on databases like Oracle, Sybase and Mongo DB.
  • Good at SQL (DDL, DML, DQL and data administration commands).
  • Sound knowledge of UNIX/ Linux Scripting.
  • Functional knowledge of different enterprise storage solutions.
  • Working experience of Service NOW or some other equivalent tools.
  • Sound Knowledge on monitoring tools like NetIQ or some other equivalent tools.
  • Experienced in managing batches on Control-M, Crontab or Windows task scheduler.
  • Good to have DevOps and cloud technologies experience.
