We are looking for
Senior Scrum Master for our client in Raleigh, NC Job Title: Senior Scrum Master Job Location: Raleigh, NC Job Type: Contract Job Description:- 10+ years of IT experience and 8+ years of scrum master experience.
- 4+ years of experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience with implementing Agile techniques in a software delivery environment.
- Experience with setting up sprints, running reports, and creating queries.
- Organizes and facilitates ceremonies, identifies improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk.
- Tracks and communicates the overall team progress providing visibility to stakeholders.
- Partners with the Product Owner to ensure the backlog items are prioritized based on business value and ready for the team.
- Ability to support a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development.
- Knowledge in Rally or related tools.
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work with multiple teams for coordination.
- Agile certification is a plus.
