Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack/Java) for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Information Technology clients in Raleigh, NC. Our Client is looking for a Full stack Senior Software Engineer to play a key role in the team that builds enterprise software to support the legal departments of some of the world's largest businesses. CounselLink is an ELM (Enterprise Legal Management) Tool designed to help large companies manage their legal work and spend. The teams focus to solve complex problems across a range of areas including Work Management, Financial Management, and Vendor Management. We are modernizing this cloud hosted application and your contributions as a Senior Software Engineer will be to support and be opened to being supported in the development of new features as well as the existing application. We adopt cutting-edge technologies and techniques to produce exceptional results, which means you will be working with technologies like Spring Boot, Angular 11+, Typescript, AWS (S3, SNS), Redis, Solr, Kubernetes, and many more. Required Skills:- 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience building Web applications.
- Extensive experience with object-oriented design and development, and standard software design patterns
- Strong knowledge and experience in Java and Java ecosystems-related technologies
- Knowledge and experience in front end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.JS, Angular and or React
- Demonstrated proficiency with SQL, including queries, stored procedures, and basic data modeling.
- Ability to interface competently with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop substantial relationships to achieve common goals
- BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and experience of driving process and delivery improvements
- Consistent use of good coding standards, and a drive to improve personal and team code quality
- Demonstrated ability to Mentor and train junior team members.
- Strong self-starter and has creative problem-solving attitude.
