Interact with application development teams throughout the enterprise to understand their current initiatives and strategy in order drive operation process and platform improvements

Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities related to processes; provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employees

Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions; integrate technical and application components

Create documentation and SOP modified app requirements; assist with fixing issues discovered as part of the application UAT phase; unit and integration testing of the solution

Interact/coordinate with customers, factory architect and product engineering team as required

Qualifications:Minimum four years (L4/l3) of recent industry experience in development, support, configuration, deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products

Bachelor's/equivalent in Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent working experience

Experience and expert knowledge in supporting 1 or more IGA products (SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.); experience and expert knowledge in supporting of Identity as a Service technologies (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, etc.). Experience and knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, SSO, OIDC, etc.). Experience and knowledge of identity stores/directories (AD, Oracle LDAP, AD LDS, etc.).

Proven experience working with build processes for IAM code releases using Jenkins/GIT and CI/CD pipeline; domain knowledge: User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation, Application Support, Onboarding and Operations Management, Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring, Access Certification, SOD

Java/J2EE and strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge; access Request Workflow Development with IDM products; basic knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)

Clear on IAM concepts like reconciliation, Rogue provisioning, Orphan accounts, etc.; hands on experience with Identity Management and Governance products

Ability to travel as necessary
