You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities: - Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing
- Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and stakeholders
- Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries
- Work very closely with architectural groups and drive solutions
- Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprints
- Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance
- Troubleshoot production support issues post deployment and come up with solutions as required
- Willingness to adapt to new platforms and technologies as required
- Collaborate with development and QA team
- Help modernize application using newer technology stack such as Azure and Kubernetes

- 3+ years of IT industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including: requirements gathering, technical specifications, design, development, testing, and deployment
- 2+ years of .NET / C#
- 2+ years of experience with .NET Web API, MVC development
- 2+ years of SQL relational database experience MS SQL Server preferred
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with web technologies (HTML, AngularJS, RESTful web services, etc.)
- Experience in Full SDLC responsibilities leveraging mature industry languages, with particular emphasis on JavaScript
- Hands-on experience developing in ServiceNow using JavaScript, creating catalog item and workflows, custom applications in ServiceNow Service portal framework
- Hands-on experience with AngularJS, Service Portal widgets and pages
- Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to ServiceNow development. For e.g., Business Rules, Script Include, REST API, Import Sets, Workflow, Update sets etc.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks together with an awareness for evolving prioritization

The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
