Job Description: RCM IT is part of Global Markets, providing functions for Repo Trading, Liquidity, Margin and collateral globally. We are offering the role of Senior Java Developer/Technical Lead in executing critical RCM IT technology initiatives with opportunity to influence technology architecture for the organization. Responsibilities include:- Technical delivery related to Repo, Collateral & Margin platforms for Business initiatives and Front to Back Programs
- Formulate and execute strategy to mitigate/ eliminate end of life technical stack (Components and Dependencies)
- Consolidate & standardize technical components supporting business processes (e.g. Margin Issuance, Disputes, Settlements)
- Senior Developer with a strong focus on delivery – Impact analysis, Design, Hands on development, and implementation
- Exposure to various design patterns, best practices and problem solving skills
- Performance tuning
- Strong controls/compliance culture
- Must have skills
- Java 8
- EJB architecture
- Deep understanding of RMI, Object serialization and storage, inter –process communication, Java internals and low level programming
- Weblogic / Websphere experience
- Spring framework
- Eclipselink/Any ORM technology
- EXT JS 4.1.3
- Oracle/RDBMS
- Linux
- Agile Development
- IBM MQ/Any other messaging platform
