Our international pharma client is committed to creating a healthier world for everyone - no matter the challenges they face in today's world. For more than 30 years, our client has worked tirelessly to bring forward medicines for life-threatening diseases.

Currently we are seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for our pharma client. In this role, you will work at our clients' new site in Raleigh, NC. This is a 10 month W2 contract opportunity which will require you to work on site most days. No relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, or C2C arrangements are available.

Responsibilities of the Supplier Enablement Associate:

  • Responsible for supporting supplier enablement email communications, responses, and escalations.
  • Offer support through phone and email for supplier inquiries regarding the Supplier Enablement effort.
  • Responsible for documenting all activities for quality and escalation reporting.

Required Experience of the Supplier Enablement Associate:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Can type 25 WPM or more with 90% accuracy
  • Solid computer skills, including typing and navigation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient in difficult conversations
