Currently we are seeking a Supplier Enablement Specialist for our pharma client. In this role, you will work at our clients ' new site in Raleigh , NC . This is a 10 month W2 contract opportunity which will require you to work on site most days. No relocation assistance, visa sponsorship, or C2C arrangements are available.

Responsibilities

of the Supplier Enablement Specialist:

  • Responsible for understanding the client's supplier requirements and ensuring these requirements are successfully incorporated during the supplier enablement effort.
  • Work closely with the implementation lead and oth er supplier enablement resources to support across Catalog enablement (hosted and punchout)
  • Purchase order enablement (email, cXML, and EDI)
  • Invoice enablement (PO flip, cXML, and EDI)

Required Experience of the Supplier Enablement Specialist:

  • At least 1- 2 years of supplier enablement experience in the Procurement industry
  • Experience with systems testing and business process re-engineering
  • Understanding of hosted/punchout catalogs and how to integrate punchout catalogs utilizing cXML and EDI
  • Experience in Procurement, Spend Management, or Supply Chain consulting
  • Domain Knowledge of B2B Procurement or eCommerce market and software packages
  • Experience with Excel, Workday, and Oracle applications
  • Experience in Ariba Approval flow Design
  • Knowledge in Ariba Cata logs
