It is applicable to the software under the responsibility of z/OS Platform Support team.3) Perform z/OS and software problem determination when required. It is applicable to the software under the responsibility of z/OS Platform Support team.4) Provide on-call when required.5) Perform z/OS and software health checking.6) Meet/exceed all applicable SLAs (ex: availability, incident/problem/change windows and response times, software n-1 or better release management, others)24x7 pager support is required. Weekend work hours are also required to support scheduled change implementations.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 10 years experience in Apply System Fixes
