Job Responsibilities:
-Coordinate interviews and send offer letters for North America and LATAM, following standardized processes, helping the talent acquisition team solve problems when needed.
-Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, new hires
-Manage candidate reimbursement for interview travel expenses
-Assist with Coordination and Talent COE programs and projects
Required Skill:
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
1+ year(s) of experience working in HR or recruiting support is a plus
