Responsibilities:
- Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces to the highest standard using specialized equipment and techniques
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with other cleaning staff to achieve cleaning goals and objectives
- Respond to customer requests and provide excellent customer service
- Perform additional tasks as required, including cleaning of interior and exterior surfaces
Requirements:
- Experience in window cleaning, preferably with a focus on commercial cleaning
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to perform demanding cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of custodial practices and cleaning techniques
- Valid driver's license, as required by the location
- Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
