We are a small but growing short-term housing company and are seeking a reliable individual to assist in coordinating guest arrivals, cleaning and maintenance.

While we do have an existing cleaning crew, we will need you to supervise, tie up loose ends and also act as a guest manager/coordinator

If for some reason the housekeeper cannot complete the cleaning, you will need to be able to clean occasionally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the unit with the Guest's Eye

Ensures that homes/units are clean as per company standard and Guest Ready

Maintains homes' inventory of guest supplies or amenities, towels, linens, and advertised items in the home.

Confirms that all systems in the home/unit are functioning and ready for guest arrival.

Report any damages

Prepares inspection reports for guest check-in as according to the Property Manager daily calendar

Occasionally lifts or move up to 25 pounds.

Meets with guests same day of arrival to introduce them to the home systems and amenities.

Orientates the guest to the home and explains what they can expect during their stay.

Responds and resolves guest complaints as quickly as possible - responds immediately to ensure great communication and exceptional guest experience.

Purchases stock up supplies/tools as needed (will be provided company card)

Opens furniture shipments from Amazon and assemble

Replaces batteries of remote controls

Occasionally meet with contractors or unlock doors for guests

REQUIRED SKILLS

Working knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality industry standards.

Fluent English verbal/written skills, additional language knowledge is a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Outstanding communicator both verbally and written (phone, device, email)

Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times

Display the ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently

Not afraid to get your hands dirty

Reliable transportation.

Have smart phone device

Pay rate $12-$15 per hour; must be willing to work some weekends for a few hours.

Cleaning fee capped at $45 - $55 per unit depending on unit size

This is a part-time job and you will need to have flexible schedule.

Check out times are usually 11AM, Check in time is usually 3PM
