Job Description Business Systems Analyst that will be an active member of the Migration Project. They will be responsible to engage with Business Unit leaders and/or their delegates to assess their business unit's consumption of End User platforms and services - examples include: desktop software, hosted applications, Citrix hosted applications, unique internet browser requirements (i.e. Extensions, Add-Ins), defined list of employees, consultants, and vendors that align to that business unit, unique email requirements (i.e. shared mailboxes, etc.). This rationalized data will be used to define the business unit requirements for the legacy End User Migration project. The project stems from a recent acquisition.

Required Skills:
  • 5-10 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements
  • Past End User or Platform migration experience
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with Business unit leaders and/or their delegates, and other areas of the IT organization.
  • Excellent ability to probe to help drive at root requirements
  • Excellent time management, organizational and troubleshooting skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete goals independently.
  • Must be a team-player.
