Overview

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical and operational business system support. Performs needs assessments to determine business requirements, and implements functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and translating business requirements and supporting our Identity & Access Management team with bringing new solutions. The IAM Analyst will facilitate the processing and expansion of our User Access Review program, to ensure compliance with separation of duties and the principle of least privilege. This role will help drive assurance with IAM-related security and compliance requirements across all areas of IAM, including but not limited to IGA, Customer IAM, Access, Privileged Access, SSO, and Cloud. This role will focus on the operational needs and support for the Identity & Access Management team. Responsibilities

Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.

System Support - Provides daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units.

Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.

Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases

Compile, research, analyze, and document data, requirements, workflow/ processes, functionality, and/or controls related to Identity & Access Management

Generate communication, process, and educational plans to implement new solutions

Support user acceptance testing through test case generation, template creation, and result tracking

Provide primary support for day-to-day IAM activities

Assist with maintaining the IAM process and procedural documentation

Monitor LCM of users and ensure alignment with corporate requirements

Assist with tracking and producing Cybersecurity IAM metrics including key performance indicators (KPIs).

Obtain and review ad-hoc reports on users and access levels, and work with system and application owners to generate the required reports.

Work with business stakeholders to review employee access.

Assist in ensuring project teams comply with company IAM standards, policies, industry regulations, and Cybersecurity best practices.

Other daily and ad-hoc IAM tasks as assigned.

General task and project-level reporting. Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operational Support

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowledgeable in 1 or more IAM products (Okta, SailPoint IIQ, Azure AD, CyberArk, Varonis, etc.)

Experience with enterprise directory solutions (Active Directory, Okta, Workday, etc.)

Strong documentation skills

Ability to articulate to stakeholders desired outcomes and responsibilities

Strong Documentation Skills (user guides and training, process documentation)

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

Industry Certifications (Security+, SSCP, GSEC, etc.)
