Request you to send an updated cv on priya.suman(at)atyeti.com.They are currently seeking a candidate that can be the Subject Matter Expert for video conferencing, with a good background in Unified Communications. They will be responsible for reviewing and defining the meeting space standards, from the small 2-3 person huddle, through to 20 person multipurpose rooms. This work will be carried out in conjunction with local support from and external vendors. While the focus is on in room audio/visual a successful candidates skills will extend beyond the tech in the room. leverages a combination of Skype for Business and Cisco video conferencing technology to provide associates with the best meeting room experience for their requirement. The candidate must have experience in the following to provide guidance and deep technical knowledge on various interrelated elements, including but not limited to:• Unified Communications from Cisco and Microsoft, and their interop• Networking fundamentals• End point agnostic impact on Unified Communications• In room acoustic design and equipment selection/certificationThe individual works largely independently, however will have regular contact with engineering and operations peers within the Video Service and Collaboration as a whole. The role will be a blend of testing & certification, documentation of standards and process and support for operational issues that are of a critical or widespread nature. • 3+ years of experience with real time video systems in large enterprise environments• Knowledge of audio and video, including acoustics, with the ability to recommend the appropriate technology based on the use case.• Experience with data networking. Candidate will need to be extremely detailed oriented, with excellent prioritization skills. This candidate will need to have prior experience with large scale design and deployment.• Strong background in networking protocols (SIP, TCP, DNS, NTP, Proxies)• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and within aggressive schedules• Demonstrated experience working with a team• Demonstrated understanding of technology and business trends that are shaping unified communications solutions• Demonstrated understanding of dial plans, PSTN equipment, and VOIP solutions.• Demonstrated experience in migration, configuration, and integration• Understanding of routers, firewalls, and load balancers a plus.• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks at the same time• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills• Demonstrated interpersonal and team building skills• Good written and verbal communication - a writing sample is required• Good presentation skills• Strong research skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree with an IT focus or equivalent experience• MCSE/MCTS/MCITP certification preferred - Windows 2003/2008, Microsoft Lync 2007/2010• Applied experience in performing or supporting at least 1 large scale (10,000 seats+) unified communications deployment• Working knowledge of hosting environments and operations experience is preferred• Scripting experience in PowerShell and C#5-7 years experience required
